MiHec brass 4 cavity Cramer - 45 RCBS HP

Anybody interested in a 45 Hollow Point? The nose is the basic RCBS cowboy boolit that feeds slick as a gut thru the 1911s out there. We've had a GB on that RCBS boolit in the past. This is an updated version. The meplat is bigger than the BD and most others out there. The solid version hits with authority and matches ball weights. HP options (one set included with mold) will be 1) large HP, 2) penta HP, 3) blank pins ( free if HP pins or not reversible) or an extra cost set if you want a flat mold bottom while casting solids.

Price is $120 with one set of pins included plus $16 for each extra pin set wanted plus $20 shipping. I might run the active thread as a 2 or 4 cavity GB if enough want a two cavity.

Interest list 15 minimum needed for a GB:
    1. Firefly
    2. 40Super

How does this work; first you need a minimum number of responses. Then a price and time is set.

    I'm in.
I give loading advice based on my actual results in factory rifles with standard chambers, twist rates and basic accurizing.
My goals for using cast boolits are lots of good, cheap, and reasonably accurate shooting, while avoiding overly tedious loading processes.
The BHN Deformation Formula, and why I don't use it.
How to find and fix sizing die eccentricity problems.
Do you trust your casting thermometer?
    A few musings.

    FireFly:

Mihec really does not get very involved with these new Group Buys in the early "Discussion" stage until we sort out what is wanted and get members organized and committed to the formal “Active Group Buy”.
Although I like this bullet it looks like it may take awhile to generate enough interest to proceed to the “Active” stage. I have run seven Group Buys and they are a SLOW process in most cases !

I like the BD but would take one of these as well !

I'd be in for a 4 cavity round HP. Not sure how many are required to move to an active GB or to secure Mihec's interest.

I guess that I will be in for a 2C with round and penta pins, not interested in it as a solid. PB would be prefered .

This has me interested, would still like the details as far as HP is concerned (style of HP). I just got done with a GB from NOE so this 1 I'm kinda new at as far as what material the mould is made from, aluminum, brass and so on.

Of course price, cavity availability and so on, unless I missed it somewhere.

But my desire to get one has sure peeked.

This has me interested, would still like the details as far as HP is concerned (style of HP). That depends on what everyone wants. This could be the large HP, penta HP or a solid via either reversed HP pins or a blank pin. I just got done with a GB from NOE so this 1 I'm kinda new at as far as what material the mould is made from, aluminum, brass and so on. Brass, as per the title.

Of course price, cavity availability and so on, unless I missed it somewhere. Ideally, it would be 4 cavity...... but Miha might make them in two or four cavity.
