Miha recently sold me an extra of this mold after I PM'd him and I finally got around to casting, loading & shooting this one and I love it! I l used 4.6gr. of Green Dot and lubed with Carnuba Red (only because it was still in the lube/sizer, will try BAC and Xlox 2500 plus later). OAL 1.185 and crimped with Lee FC die and loaded rounds run through Lee Bulge Buster. Alloy hardness was 10 BHN/approx. 20-1. I fired 3 clips full through my brand new RIA 1911 and they fed and fired flawlessly. I really like both the gun and the boolit, very good accuracy offhand and shoots to point of aim. Next up is to go through pretty much the same procedure for my brand new MP 359-125 for my Beretta M9. Can't wait! Here are some pics of the boolits in loaded rounds and 3 recovered after hitting a very thick gauge steel drum. One went through another thinner steel drum and a 2x4 inside of it. Great fun all around, will be shooting these a lot in the near future. I have about 5lbs. of Green Dot so should be good to go for quite a while.

I also own this mold and have that works best for me when running hot. I ran some tonight while using the warming tray on my new Mag 25 to alternately warm up and cool down a couple of other brand new molds.

Ha, got one already from the first GB. It's a great mould.

For the guy that posted the pic of a few loaded rounds a few posts up above. You are using too much crimp. Those cases head space off the chamber. I'm surprised that you don't get a few FTF due to the casing slipping past the chamber.
All the crimp that you should need is just enough to take the bell back out of the case mouth.

Man, this thread got dug up from the grave.
