MiHec 4 cavity brass solid - Lyman 452374

This is as close as you'll get to the Lyman boolit. It has the proper dimensions (Lymans dimensions are proprietary) as they were given to me long ago over the phone. Only the grease groove is different. How about a nice brass solid from MiHec..............

If you decide to add a 4 cav cramer later I may be interested. The lyman super slow devestator is getting a little old......
Need advice fixing a coleman appliance? Maybe I can help!

I'd certainly be in for a 4 cavity solid mold of this design. MiHa's earlier 452 cramer HP moulds with both round and penta pins give me all the HPs I want so I'd only go for this one if it is for solids only.

His 4 cavity brass molds are terrific, especially if we are hollow pointing. If this one was to be a solid only and not hollow pointed, I wonder if anyone would be interested in his 6 cavity aluminum designs? I have several of those that he produced before the brass ones; they are also very good. Just thinking 6 cavity aluminum might trump 4 cavity brass for production rates.

I am new to this site. I have never used a brass mould. I use three of the Lyman 4-cavity moulds for this boolit. Am I missing something?

I am interested. BrassMagnet, the only thing you are missing is that you have been driving a Yugo (Lyman) and you have a chance to move up to Rolls Royce (Mihec).

    Angry

And I just bought the Lyman 452374 mold. I haven't even casted with it yet!

Hhmmm, I do prefer the more square lube groove....

Does this boolit perform well in a 1911?

I'm interested if the design stays just like the Lyman version, 220-230gr RN solid. I'm NOT interested hollow pointing this one.

    When do we sign up?
My new Lyman 452374 isn't doing so well.

I would be interested as long as it stays a solid.

I'd be interested in a 4 cavity cramer with a med size HP, not as big as a devastator.

Since there's not alot of .452" diameter, north of the lube groove. What kind of crimp is suggested?
I'm itchin to get this mold!
