Cast boolit rifle shooters in Nebraska/Western Ia. ?

Know that there is not an over abundance of cast boolet rifle shooters in Ne, but it would be a good time I think if a few of us could get together to bat the breeze, or maybe have a trading session etc. Any thoughts?

Judging from the number of people that stopped and talked casting with me at the Fremont show this weekend, there are more than you would think. I always try to promote this website at such events. It's amazing how many don't know about it.

Might be a ways for you to go but at Pioneer Gun Club located East of Kansas City we have a monthly cast bullet shoot starting in March and runs through October. First match will be March 10th we shoot a CBA resistered match 60 rounds for groups and score at 100 and 200 yards. This year we are adding some Schuetzen and some fun type matches in the afternoon. If interested PM me for more info.

1Shirt, If you are interested in competition there are CBA matches at Hawkeye range near Sioux City and at Dakota BR near Sioux Falls,SD. I've shot more matches at Dakota BR than anywhere else. These are matches for military surplus rifles. Check the CBA website for match dates and contact info. There have been some problems lately at the CBA site and if you don't find the info you need send me a PM.

There are thousands of us. We just don't talk much with folks from Omaha . . .

OK, seriously, I think it is more a matter of lack of organization. If you check around with some of the various clubs you'll turn up a lot of cast bullet shooters out here.
