    Cast in a Rem 760 '06?

I am wondering if anybody out there is shooting cast in their Remington 760 pump rifle. I have one in 30-06 that I am getting ready to start casting for. Mine has a 12" twist and a 22" barrel. My plans are for either the 30-165 RD or the 311041. Anybody with experience casting for the Remmy pumps?

I had the 18" model, that I shot the Lee 150gr fp out of. I just used 13 gr red dot, and it shot pretty good. Never hunted with it, but it was a fun load.

I have a early 760 in 06 and the 311-04. I am still playing around with stuff but 20 grs 2400 gets me on either side of 1700 fps and around 2" at 100 yds. 3/4 to 1" three shot groups are something I see on a regular basis but two inches is about the norm for ten shot groups.
I've also been playing with Ramshot Exterminater. 28 grs gets me about 1760 and a little better accuracy than 2400 with very low Sd.
H4895 was accurate enough but velocity swings were too wide. I've never used fillers but am going to try some Dacron with this powder someday.
