    311/314299 target loada

Larry, The bullet is one of few that shoot well and accurately at 15-1600 MV; I have others that shoot for hunting but accurately well enough for hunting if after ht/q if the bullet is nose annealed back to 8-9 bhn, much like Nosler Partition in hunting. The harder bullet has less problem with the torque in the bore twist from examining recovering bullets. The bore design seems to favor the 2-groove as it shoots cleaner with the Lyman and RCBS designs but my 4-groove rifles with 14 twist need shorter and lighter bullets and tend to foul more with more effort to clean the bore. Power choice favors faster ball types for less fouling.
