    "Drilled for probe" means the mould is manufactured with a hole drilled to accept an aftermarket BBQ temperature probe that NOE sells on their website. Drilling the hole is free of charge, i think. The probe allows you to monitor mould temperature and can take some of the guesswork out of casting.
