    Large size shotmaker

Is anyone running a shotmaker or tried to run a shotmaker to make BB/BBB/T size shot?

Seems the general largest size made is #4.

With the home shot making method of rolling lead drips down a ramp, it is impossible to make anything larger. Basically it is a battle between the surface tension of the lead to pull it into a sphere, gravity pulling it into a pancake, and surface adheasion/contact angle pulling it to the surface of the ramp. Any size larger than 4, surface tension starts to lose and you get footballs and the like.

You really need to use a drop tower, press wheels, or cast larger.
