I have both a .308 and a .30-06 that I'm interested in possibly using this cast bullet in (CWW or some #2 that I acquired).

Sounds like this may be a good option....what do you think?

I have a similar bullet but the nose is .305 and it is too large for my 300BLK. Is this one .302 or smaller?

I think we're talking about a 4 cavity brass mold. Although, I wouldn't mind having this one in a 6 cavity aluminum mold for higher production.

Any idea how this would run in a 300BLK AR? Will a plain base be available?

I will take 1 do not have a brass mold and waiting for one I can use. Would like a .316 if they decide to cut it in different sizes.

Can someone make a drawing with dimensions on it? Is this mold a solid only?

Any chance for a hollow point option on all cavities? If it's an option, I'd be interested. Thanks

Am I correct that this *should* be a great boolit for both the Garand and as a .30 SS boolit? If so, count me in.

Mold is a solid only, the meplat is basically the same as the RCBS 308-165-sil boolit which is too small for any but pin type hollow points, but some of those do exist. It will cast out between 0.311" and 0.312". No dimensional drawing.................

I actually have another heavier boolit for the garand and worn throat 30-06s. Only about three molds exist as the cherry crapped out after that. It shoots very well and weighs about 215 gr. The nose is the same as this one with a longer three crimp groove body.

This boolit has shot some very good groups at 378 yards out of 308 bolt guns and semi autos on my range. A few members here have got to witness this. Some of our group uses this boolit at full 308 velocity (308 Win jacketed 180 gr. velocity) for hunting. It shoots fine out of bolt and semi-auto 30-06s also.

Is this basically the same as the noe and lee gb k-31 bullets, with larger dimensions?

This one has been around quite a while longer than what you mention. If they are close, it is because one of my jpegs got scanned and copied................ BTW, those are drawn undersize by various amounts so scanners get the wrong important dimensions.
