Can a lube-a-matic be modified to do more work in less time?

Just wondering if anyone has modified their LAM to work faster? Like compressed air to keep pressure on the lube.

I think to really boost the speed you would need to convert to push thru. There are some issues in doing this which would probaboy push the conversion cost up near the cost of a star. Specifically the cost of creating the high pressure side to actually drive the lube into the groove.

Not as fast as a Star I will admit, but they work, are time tested, and I tend not to fix what works. Agree with Its70.

    Its,

There are posts on this site where people have shown air hook-ups to their sizers. It seems to work just fine.
