    Santa dropped off some lead

My buddy knew my wife got me a Lee pot, mold and ladle for Christmas so he had to be a good elf and drop off 35 lb of 1 lb ingots of pure lead. I guess I will have to go out and pick myself up some 50 50 bar solder and put that under the tree as well.

I'm glad Santa found an intermediary to drop off that lead, with all the casters around here I'll bet his sleigh will be getting a little weighed down for those poor reindeer!

Like you said, a little tin and you'll be in business(soon).

If you have any wheel weights "laying around", make up an alloy of 50/50. Equal weight of both types of lead makes a very usuable alloy, and stretches both types of lead usuage.Robert
