I signed up just to buy this mold. It seems like the cheapest way to shoot a lot of suppressed 300 BLK. I still have to learn how to cast but I have 10 months to learn and from what I've read here you guys are pretty much casting masters. Thanks for having this forum and valuable resource.

You are in EXACTLY the same place I was about this time last year. I was steered this way from quarterbore when the discussion of this boolit started and I joined just for this boolit.
Like me, you now have the time to read up all the great info here on casting boolits and to start scrounging for lead. Take your time (you've got some) and gather the things you need second hand. I found a couple of great deals on ebay (of all places) on a smelter and lubrasizer. Just be sure to research the stuff here first so you don't buy junk.
Now a year later I've got 9 molds (a few more on the way) and two tire shops that I'm "the WW guy" at, and hit them up every month for WWs. Tip, bring doughnuts.
OK, now to business. I need another mold. Please make it a four cavity PB please. Thanks.

I'm in for a 4-cavity GC mold.
On a side note, what twist would be required to stabilize this bullet in a .308 or .30-06 at supersonic velocity - say 1300 FPS? I would think that it would be easy to obtain that kind of velocity in one. Will a 10" twist do the job?
