    Alternate way to contact RCBS?

I just tried to contact RCBS via their www and got a bad adress and i have to select an US state.

Way to go RCBS! That shows some serious reasearch and development put into the www layout.
    Errr or not.

Can someone please help me get into contact with RCBS customer service?

    Arrow

Chicken Thief, If you know the telephone code for the United States, use it and then dial 800-533-5000. Btw, I just tried dialing that telephone number and was immediately connected to RCBS Customer Service. Don't forget the 9 hour (?) time difference!

    I tried:

    rcbs.tec@atk.com

    But that just bounces.

Sheesh, RCBS is that customer support?

I tried 1-800 and got though at $4/min. No fun when they're out for the night.

RCBS warrantied 2 items for me in early August and

    rcbs.tech@ATK.COM

was the e-mail they used to answer me back then. I filled out the online request form that you show above and they answered me very quickly, less than 4 hours.

One item was the cap for my kinetic bullet puller and they asked zero questions just immedately put a new cap AND a new chuck in the mail.

The second item was a large rifle primer pocket uniformer that had the center of the cutting flutes shear off and that happened 10 years ago. I had to have the tool the day it broke and I went out locally and bought another and just did not mention the time lag. They asked that I send the broken tool in and they sent me a new one.

    Maybe their server is down?

What do you need done? Maybe we can help.

Yep, that e-mail address should work for you.

With regards to gun control in this country, everyone should be asking themselves one question:
What is it that this government feels they need to do, but can't do, unless the citizens of this nation are first disarmed?
(I seriously doubt you can come up with any plausible answers that you will like...)

Your missing an "H" in that address. Try again and see what happens.
