Swede can answer this better; but the "RG" stands for Rube Goldberg. Dash 2 is two cavity, Dash 4 is four. It is his simple means of making a two or four cavity hollowpoint mould with HP pins that do not have to be pulled each time you cast. They are on sliders that move out between the two mould halves when you open the mould. You can cast HP boolets almost as fast as regular ones.

    Rich,
Thanks for the 'splainin'. I still want a plain base solid nose bullet.

Too bad, as I have several ideas for a boolit of this type.

Maybe once Swede gets the new machine up and running we can get it pushed through the system after he's caught up with his current backlog.

    Keeping my fingers crossed!

Guys if that design is something you're interested in, check out my album. I posted a pic of the mountain molds design worksheet for the custom mold I had cut. VERY SIMILAR!

Mihec did do a 75 grain .32 bullet.I have the solid .312 version in 4 cavity, I believe he still has a 4 cav .314 version.

A heavier-than-32auto Round nose for function bullet would be nice, esp. in a 4 cavity cramer. Maybe we should get a spec and move it to active and see what kind of interest there is?

I'm still interested. I have the .32 ACP mold by MiHec, but 85 gns is more appropriate for the 7.62x25.

If someone wanted to take some measurements from my custom mold I had cut to possibly start a GB I'd be happy to send some samples. Provided that it gets credited that is, lol...

I`m getting things gathered together to start loading for a .30 broomhandle I`ve had for better than 20 years. This boolet kinda sounds like what I might need to feed an old broomhandle.Robert
