I'm not really familliar with multiple cavity moulds. Take for example a 5 cavity, 2pb+3gc. Could one use only the 2 PB cavity to fix up a quick batch of plinker or would I be better off with 2 different moulds, 1 2cav for pb and 1 3 cav for GC?

just imagine a 5C mould an you only pouring two cavites in it for those two projectiles you want.

I suspect most get a mould like the one you mentioned and cast all 5 C because they shoot a variety of GC and PB possibly in different guns or for diff loads.

Yeah I guess. I was just making sure I wouldn't run into problems because of too cold block.
