    I think Ross must have stole my recipe. I usually use cream of mushroom soup. I hadn't thought about the pressure cooker, that should speed things up. I use about 3 squirrels per pie in a regular 9in glass pie pan. Those pre made pie dough things work well for the baking challenged among us.

    Guys, I made a new recipe I thought I'd mention.... It was from one of the last editions of field & stream. It was squirrel chowder, with a creamy style broth which included condensed milk, cream cheese, and velveeta(!).

    It is good... I am tempted to add some heat....

    In case anyone ever wondered, a fox squirrel is about 1.33 to 1.5 times as big as a grey, dressed and by weight. Mine averaged out to 1.4. I used five fox squirrels in the recipe.
