I was thinking about buying a toolbox to store my reloading stuff in. It would hold all my reloading gear minus presses and tumbler stuff and chargemaster, all consumables minus brass, and all knick knacks.

I load 12 cartridges, so my gear right now is all contained within two 12" deep shelves 5 feet long each. Plus one trinkets box for the small pieces. 2x as many dies for the extra ones, sizers, M dies, etc. The bullets I keep separate, but I only keep a couple thousand around.

Think a 26" wide toolbox 18" deep of any config would be able to hold most of that, if I had a craftsman or kennedy 12" deep top box on it? What toolbox config do you suggest? I think machinists would be no good, I'd need at least one deep-ish drawer. On the other hand, capacity is weak on automotive toolboxes with too many deep drawers. Or should I get one with a compartment on the bottom, like I did for my casting area (GREAT place to store the pot, with molds in the drawers)

I've finally "almost" completed my Gun Room with exception of a couple lever gun racks and stuff on the walls. Thought I'd share it anyway.

    Its "disgusting"

Its "disgusting" is what it is. How do you find anything?

Thanks guys, those primers are stacked two deep and others are in the gun cleaning cabinet. As I work on the rest of the house I do small finishing things in my room. I need to mount the TV on the wall above the fireplace and get my rifle racks built.

I have some of my reloading gear in this.

Bottom unit top two drawers are shallow.

Can hold a lot more stuff in the next three drawers.

The bottom drawer is deep enough to hold presses if you wanted to. I used to keep a Dillon 550B and all accessories in it. Now it holds drill boxes.

Top box.......well that's for keeping your tools organized

If all I had were a LCT and the LAMs I would be able to keep everything in it. I have to many tools at this point and constantly have to find room to store more of them.

    Lol, thanks!

Friday night I did 1,000 pieces of 556 while I rigged my fishing poles to go fishing that night. All I had to do was keep the case feeder full of brass.

Thank you sir. I'm looking forward to getting my gun cabinets/racks completed so it turns into an actual gun room.

Progress made tonight. Cased gauged and boxed 14,050 rounds of ammo. Then opened up the gray tool box that's half full of lead bullets and tumbled lubed until I ran out of space. Bullets are .356 diameter 127 grain trunticated cones. All of the bullets will get a second coat, but I'm looking to modify my mold to bump the diameter to .358 dia

Big plastic ammo can has polished 9mm brass in it, as does the .30 cal next to it. Wooden ammo box has manuals, scales, case gauge, calipers, etc. in it. Coffee can has sized/primed casings to put in the press to take the spots of ones I take off to measure the charge and keep rolling without making a mess. .30 cals on the left end will have sorted 9mm brass in it. .30 cal on top of the wooden one is my primer catcher. I added a quick disconnect plastic plumbing fitting to my press to take a length of vinal tubing, taped a heavy axle nut on it to keep it in the can, and no more missed primers or stopping to empty it out.

Drawers are filled with misc. supplies.

Unseen are 2 rolling chests filled with my automotive tools. 25 gallon compressor is going to get hardwired for a cieling drop hose this year. Stand with powder, tumbler, media, fluxing, etc., unseen as is my seperate stand for my lee 20 pound bottom pour pot. Fluxing is done when I find a killer deal on a bunch of wheel weights over a big cheap cast iron pot and turkey frier. Looking to impliment Hi-Tek coating in place of tumble lube this year as well.
