Great reserves. It will never be cheaper as it is only more expensive.
Also I like the idea of Rockchucker bullet catcher (probably for swaging should work as well).

    OTThomas,
It looks very homey like a place you could spend all day and be comfortable. Very nice!

After surfing this thread. I now have a bad case of Man Cave envy.
You guys have done a fantastic job.
I will ad my Den O fun. I have been upgrading it at a pretty consistent pace all summer into the winter.

Very nice set-up, COZ. Clean and tidy. Well organized. Good use of used furniture. The dark cabinet with glass doors reminds me of a medicine cabinet our old neighborhood doctor used to have.

I keep a check on local used furniture shops, front yard give-a-way's and yard sales for anything that may be more useful than what I have.

    Good show.

    1-1/4" plywood ???

Don't think I've ever seen plywood that thick before...

Hey COZ, those presses are doing "musical chairs" on you there, better keep an eye on them!

I don't know if the ice cream bucket is a solution to primers going everywhere or not, but if it is, you might look to upgrading the turret to a Classic turret with the best primer collection system of any press on the planet except maybe the Classic Cast, with the same system.

It is hard to fail, but it is worse never to have tried to succeed.

Yes 1 1/4 thick, they get it in 5X10 sheets and whatever gets scrapped is up for grabs. It goes for over $100 a sheet.

5x10 sheets? That's kind of odd also... Everything else in the building industry seems to be made to be modular on a 4 ft multiple...

When I was creating my loading bench top, I wanted something a bit thicker, plus I didn't have a table saw to ensure that I had a straight cut on a full sheet of plywood, so I just glued up some 2x8s and 2x6s until I got the depth that I wanted... Cut a few slots in there and put a few "biscuits" that I made out of plywood (3/8", IIRC) and glue it all up while clamped in a few pipe clamp bars... Ended up weighing a bit more than I had expected... Just something that was supposed to be quick and dirty, but it works...

45 colt and now 45 acp and another toolhead.
This thing is like brand new compared to my dads square deal. and dads still works flawlessly but is very worn and rickity. Now that I have my sdb I think I may send dads back to dillon for a rebuild. His sdb has loaded for the better part of 30 years and deserves a revamp.

    Thank you Docstihl!

I work for a very large window manufacturer and we use the wood for head and seat boards for bay and bow units. They determined that this would be the best size to get the most pieces per sheet. I have even gotten scraps 12 foot in legnth.

I work for a cabinet factory and these are surplus cabinets so getting matching ones are a pain but cheap enough. So far I have only spent $150
