A heavy, flatnosed .32 ACP similar to the Buffalo Bore also is an extreme penetrator.

    http://mousegunaddict.blogspot.com/2...rain-hcfn.html

Owner of Buffalo Bore Tim Sundles on 32 ACP +P Ammunition:

"Item 30A/20 is a 75gr. HARD cast bullet with a flat nose. It is traveling over 1,000 fps out of my 3.4 inch Beretta Mod. 70. We've used a flash suppressed powder so that you won't be blinded by your own gunfire in the dark. This is significant as well over 90% of all civilian shootings in America occur in low light when the criminal element is out and about. Also, this flat nosed, nonexpanding, hard cast, bullet will penetrate deeply and will do much more damage than the typical round nosed FMJ bullet. Round nosed bullets tend to slip and slide through living tissue, doing little damage as opposed to a flat nosed bullet. The flat nose not only wounds much more than a round nosed bullet, but it actually keeps the penetration straight and thus deeper. Notice the below velocities from my personal 32 ACP pistols. These are real world guns and thus the speeds are realistic and not the exaggerated speeds you'll see produced from laboratory test barrels. What you see with Buffalo Bore Ammo advertising, is truly what you get in the "real world" where it matters. You can expect 20+ inches of straight line penetration."

He buys cast bullets from Rim Rock bullets so their 75 grain flat nose is what is described.

My Accurate mold is basically the same thing as the Rim Rock boolit. I have zero interest in expansion for this cartridge, seems like a very backwards step. The .32 Auto does not have the bullet weight or velocity to take advantage of expanding bullets, especially when fired from such a short barrel.

What do you all size your .32 Auto boolits to? I always did .313 but wonder if .312 might be better.

Depends on the gun, but .311-.312 works in most, Colts, CZs, Walthers, postwar Berettas.

For Wartime Berettas I use .313-.314

I size my Keltec to .312 the .313 did not want to chamber. I use .313 in my 327 BH. Now I will be use that same size in the Handi Rifle I had build for the 327 mag and also able to use the other 32's I load also. I just got it about a week ago. Too cold for me to work on it for shooting to see about get the scope set on it.It have a 21" barrel. It will work for my use around.

Anybody have experience with the NAA Guardian in .32 Auto (not .32 NAA)? I have a feeling that once I bail out the Kel-Tec I'm gonna want another .32 pocket rocket!

This came from uncles collection, FN 1910 32 acp, Belgian army gun. Took it out shooting last weekend, very fun gun and at 25 yards was able to keep a 5" group with a two hand hold. Will be a great little pocket gun.
Looking for a 75-80gr mold or a place to buy some hard cast boolits for this, any ideas?

Accurate 31-077B is a good choice.

If you had Tom add a 0.03 bevel base and increase OAL to 0.45 it would bump the weight up a little.

I found one at a local shop and almost jumped, bore was worse than a sewer pipe! Any barrels out there for the 1910 ?

No source of new barrels, but the old one can probably be "stubbed" and a new tube made from a piece of .32-20 liner inserted and chambered. At worst a new barrel can be purpose built. I had John Taylor made one for an older Beretta for me.

I actually slugged my Walther PP a short time ago--throat (and there isn't much of one) is right at .311", and the grooves run a couple "tenths" under that figure. I have used .311" sizing because a couple now-departed 32 ACPs worked well with that size, and I had no issues with these loads in the Walther. They shot accurately and produced no leading; bullets were #313249 and #311252.
I don't paint bullets. I like Black Rifle Coffee. Sacred cows are always fair game. California is to the United States what Syria is to Russia and North Korea is to China/South Korea/Japan--a Hermit Kingdom detached from the real world and led by delusional maniacs, an economic and social basket case sustained by "foreign" aid so as to not lose military bases.

31-077B & 31-087T designs are now available with .03" beveled base added; new catalog numbers 31-083B & 31-093T.

    Outstanding, Thx.

There will soon be another, I looked at your 083B and ordered it at .311" diameter with nose tolerance negative, and with a crimp groove added 0.26" back from meplat, pulling the lube groove back by 0.015" to make room for crimp groove. Will post dwg. when finalized.

Uh Oh! I'm already awash in .32 molds as it is. What is the reason for this one (other than because)?

I never owned the 077B mold, but had good results with bullets others sent me to test. In getting my own mold finally I really needed to reduce band diameter and control max. nose diameter to fit CIP chamber throats in my SIG P230, Walther PP and Beretta M70 without sizing.

The original "fat" .314 bullet works fine sized to .313" for the WW2-era Beretta M1935 and Colt M1903 pocket hammerless, but is too large for the modern guns unless sized, and to me sizing from .314 to .311 is more than I want. I've got 31-087T in the "fat" size for the old guns, but want a lighter bullet to be shot as-cast and unsized with Lee Liquid Alox and the standard lube groove is fine with that too.

I also wanted the crimp groove as a positive visual reference of correct seating depth, and because I do profile crimp my all of my .32 ACPs in the Redding Die.

REALLY like your 093T, perfect for 1903 Colt, replacing the springs with heavy-duty .380 ones!
