I bet this could be designed to do that easy, I wonder how many we need for NOE to do a small run?

First time runs generally require 15 moulds for a group buy. If a design has been done before, a re-run can usually be a "small group buy" with 5 moulds.

I'm also interested in a 135 / 145 grain Truncated Cone mould for the 40 cal. 4 holer would be preferred over a 2 holer.
I've not had good luck with casting HP's so I'd stick with the TC to keep it simple.

If I squint just a little, I can see an RG-4 here. 145gr solids, and 135 (?) in HP.

I might be interested. is there any chance it could be set up to cast 135 hp's or 135 solids. Maybe a bevel base option to get the weight down on the solids.

I would like to have a light weight 40 bullet for shooting steel plate matches.

If I can get this in a 135 solid I would be in for 2 of the 5 Cav's

I'd take a solid also to go along with the hp.

Pencil me in for an RG-4 that makes a 135gr HP, and let the solid weigh what it weighs...

I can tell you that the Mihec 150Hp/165 solid works very well in the 400 corbon. I don't have the mould but got some to try out. Teh 135 hP/140 ish Solid woudl be a good one I think.

I don't know if I have the budget to get in on this, but it sounds like it could be a fun one.

You might send Moonie a pm as he is also a 400 corbon shooter, he might be interested.

harley45, just curious since I've never had a brass mold, what do you like better about them?

I've always liked aluminum better than steel because they are cheaper and lighter and seem to heat up quicker. Just wondering what the advantages of brass are.

I like that alot! I'm definetly interested in this one.

One question. Would a more rounded lube grove help the bullet drop free easier?
