    .40 135 Grain H.P.

Hunters Supply is selling these and I tried some in my 10mm. The ones they sell are a bit soft for my needs but the concept seems solid to me. Would there be enough interest so we could have a group buy?
    Thanks, Guys

This sounds interesting, but I just got a 160 HP from a Mihec group buy. He might be able to modify it a little to drop the weight some?

We have a 160/180 grain RN/RNFP buy going in the active section. The HP version of the 160 grain version is estimated at 150 grains. I know it a bit heavier, but it might meet your needs.

I've also got one of the 160 grainers but I really want to try a 135, I'm thinking with the right alloy and one of Pat Marlin's PB gas check makers I could get some interesting results.

I emailed Mihec to see what he could do for me, but in the event he can't do it does anybody have a recommendation for someone that could?

Will he do a one off mold? I think I may have a tough time getting to 15.

Swede will do a small order (like 5) it it makes any sense at all to him. Or us...

Are you thinking RN or a Truncated-Cone nose? A T-C would interest me. A 150gr version would interest me more. Maybe 150gr non-HP and a deep enough HP to take it to 134gr?

I need a good excuse to buy a 10mm/40S&W top end for my Strayer-Tripp.

Keep talking, others may be listening too.

where are those adventuresome casters out there? Think of it as a great excuse to buy another 1911 or Glock.

In a 1911-style platform, you need a longer boolet; due to the magazine length.

I know, I had a Para in 40 S&W and ended up using the Laser Cast made especially for the mag length.

I would be intrested in a DC/135, 40 caliber mould.

Would a 150gr solid and 135gr HP work in the same mould for weights? I would suggest that the reamer could be cut to run in a grease groove/driving band deeper to allow for a 165-170gr
    heavy and a 150gr HP.
