Mold for 44 with Large Meplat

Does anyone have this mold from Accurate for the .44 and how do you like it? I was looking for a boolit in the 245-260 gr weight with a large meplat and this one seemed to fit the bill. I tried drawing one in Mountain Molds software but couldn't come up with what I had in mind. This one from Accurate Molds looks more like it.

That is a very nice boolit !!. I bet with the wide meplat, that boolit would make a really great hollowpoint boolit for hunting. The wide meplat would give you thick walls, a nose that wouldn't easily tear off with a good meplat face and a nice hollowpoint center. It would make a great deer whacker !!

Kinda looks like the Ranch Dog with a plain base.
I came into this world kicking, screaming, and covered in someone elses blood. I plan to go out the same way.

I'm curious as to how accurate it would be compared to the time proven 429421. I do like the design.

Remember that Tom will modify that design to fit your personal needs. Contact him about any changes you want and he will redraw the plans for you ! He is a great guy to deal with and VERY QUICK to respond ! Molds are completed and shipped before the ink dries on the check !

I don't know of anything I'd like to modify except maybe a larger grease groove which would make the bottom band about equal in size to the other body band. Other than that, it looks good to me.
