Looking for a Printable Data Sheet.

I am looking for a printable " Load Data Sheet" that I can use in a standard 8.5x11 binder, that has enough info categories to be useful for load development.

I kind of figured someone here has something like this that I can print out and copy, or at least can direct me to a source.

Also can someone direct me to some internet "targets" that can be down loaded, that have data boxes at the bottom to record results of test sessions.

I am just getting to the point in my reloading carear that I want to start keeping accurate records so I can actually figure out if what I am doing is productive or not.

I've got a Chrony and all of the hard equipment now and all I need is something to record the results on so I don't cover the same ground many times..

Silver and Gold are for rich men. Lead and Brass is MY silver and gold! And when push comes to shove, one of my silver and gold pieces will be more valuable than a big pile of actual silver and gold.

I couldn't find anything I liked so I made my own. I've changed it a few times and finally have most of the info covered. I think this is version 5.

Here's a better view of the heading....

I did the heading in MS Excel and various target spots in MS Power Point, then import them both to MS Word. I print them on card stock or "sketch paper" from Wally World or Big Lots...about $2.00 per hundred plus ink.

    Works pretty good.......

I use either the sheet from Beartooth or this one:

I should have added that this sheet is for cast. SurplusRifle.com has another sheet for the other bullets:
