BTSniper Custom Tools and Dies

Things are moving forward at BTSniper. Thought I would give you all a heads up for things to come, or at least the future R&D going on.

Here is a list of customer reamers prints I sent to my supplier.

22 cal boat tail 10 degree reamer

New .338 point form 6s ogive reamer

New .243 point form 6s ogive reamer

20 cal point form 7s ogive reamer

.264 point form 7s ogive reamer

.338 boat tail 10 degree reamer

.243 boat tail 10 degree reamer

.264 boat tail 10 degree reamer

and I'll have new 30 cal point form and boat tail reamers sent off to them soon as well.

Lots of potential and new things to come here at BTSniper I'll keep everyone posted as to future availbility of these and many more great swaging dies! All it takes is time, ANYTHING IS AND WILL BE POSSIBLE!

Three 40 cal dies going out in Monday's mail. I tend to keep the 40 cals in stock and as such I am able to ship them quicker.

Didn't want everyone to think I was playing all weekend with the 40-308

Now back to the 30 cals, three 22 cals ordered from a while ago and then 22 cal derim dies and core molds to all the current 22 cal package customers.

I'll try and post a projected schedule for all dies ordered and to new dies to come for the rest of the year. It is my goal to fill everyone's order ASAP.

Thank you all for your patience, I'm making a lot of progress now compared to the tough summer schedule.

Yep! I have plenty. Several CH dies and 4 or 5 more of my custom dies. I'll be making a lot more of my custom 40 cal dies as well as many other calibers by the end of the year. Then it is only a matter of final assembly.

I'm sure that the price for 308 caaliber dies (and options) is on here somewhere, but I would like to know the latest info.

308 die set is $475 with optional $100 sizing die to reduce 5.7x28 brass for jackets or buy 2 sizing dies to use 223rem brass. Also highly recomend a$125 automatic ejection system for best results.

The 40 dies showed up today and look awesome! I got a few bullets made, but found out that my Hornady lnl press don't like swaging. At least it was only the bushing that broke. Good things I got a lee cast on the way. I guess I'll have to be patient until that shows up.

Glad you like it. Yep that is the second LNL bushing I have heard of that will not take the load of swaging. A simple new thread addapter is all you need for the hornady.

The LNL bushings are certainly the weak point of that system. I would not try it on a Dillon tool head either. So yes, having a good heavy duty ss press around can be very useful. The bushing tpye presses are not heavy duty enough IMO for even heavy duty reloading chores, much less swaging.
BT, hopefully we'll get the derim & core molds this month. Please keep us updated when you expect the finished dies. I hope to have them well before Dec. You know, end of the world & all.
