    BTSniper Custom Tools and Dies

    MISSION STATMENT

    Valued customer,

BTSniper is pleased to offer top quality bullet swage products at afordable prices. I have spent years to design the very best dies that both the begining and advanced swager will be proud to own. They are of the best quality I can offer and incorperate designs to increase production rates as well as simplify the ease of their operation. Each die is made from quality 4140 steel and professionaly heat treated to a hardness of 49RC, than given a professional Black Nitride finish that case hardens the surface to over 60 RC.

I believe these dies to be the very best in their price range as well as the easiest to opperate. These exellent dies will allow you prodution rates faster then many others while still maintaining superior quality of the bullets they make.

I have everything to offer from the exellent, easy and very afforable 40 cal one step die to the technical and addvanced "free 22 cal bullets from 22lr brass" 4 die set.

There is no better time then now to learn to make your own bullets. All of my dies are designed for trouble free operation in any decent reloading press as well as the great RCE line of presses. All of my dies have the valuable advantage of making great bullets from easy to find scrap brass and of course commercial jackets.

If you have ever been interested in making your own bullets now is a great time to learn. How can you go wrong making bullets that rival most commercial offerings made from nearly free scrap brass cases. Imagine shooting your favorite pistol or riffle for less then the cost of 22lr. I can provide you the tools and show you how! It's time to free yourself from those that attempt to regulate your shooting needs. While others are at the mercy of price increases and component shortages you will be free to keep on shooting.

Four years ago myself and many of my customers had the privilage and ability to supply ourselves with all the bullets we needed while others where left looking at empty shelves, what will the next four years bring? What will happen to the prices of ammo or the components needed to load your own? If you are tired of worring about such questions let me introduce you to the freedom, the savings, the enjoyment, the pride, the rewarding world of swaging!

I look forward to speaking with you regarding any questions you may have as well as the oportunity to provide you with any and all of your swaging needs. Take back control! Take your shooting and reloading to the next level! Now is the time to learn to swage! Step up to the press!

    Brian,

On your Heavy duty replacment internials for any of the CH dies. $100 per die, does it only come with one nose punch style and you have to buy any additional nose punch styles?

    Thanks

    That is correct.

For example if you wanted new internials for the 44 cal swage die only with both HP and FN nose punch, cost would be $150 total. Price would cover $100 for the complete replacment parts that includes one style nose punch plus an extra $50 each for the additional nose punches.

I will be looking for the 9mm empty cartridge case to .308 jacket die set (I figure this will be a multi-die and punch set) when you have that price available.

OK, got quite a few dies ready for heat treat now. Here is a pic of some of them. Going to take them in this week and should have them back by next week.

Going to have them hardened and nitride treated. So die will be hardened to 47 on the Rc scale. Should make for a very good set of dies.

Off the top of my head the dies I have in the pic are

    10-12 sets of .308
    couple .312-.314
    3-5 sets of .375
5 copper tubing jacket dies in 1/4" and 5/16"
8 40 cal one step dies
    a 243 set of dies
a 22 cal set of dies
    a .458 core seat die
    a 8mm set of dies
    a few .338 sets
and probably a couple others as well.

Been a long project and will be glad to get this first batch off to heat treat. I will be making more dies for sure as I still have those of you with intrest in some of these and other calibers too.

    Good shooting and Swage On!

Do have a link somewhere to show how these 40cal one step dies work and what equipment is needed with them?
Also will a 9 mm, 120 grain TC boolit work with the swage setup?

I got info scattered all over the sight. A lot of it in the 40&44 cal one step offer sticky post.

I will have a video up very soon on youtube showing everything you need and the operation of this die. I'll post the link here. I think many here may tell you it is pretty easy and if you can reload you can make these bullets. It doesn't take much at all, 9mm brass, 120-125 grain 9mm cast boolits, this die and a decent press and you are good to go. I must say my universal die does make it a bit easier as well as an auto ejector.

Yes the 120 grain tc works very well too, especially for the xtp version of this bullet.

Feel free to post any questions you may have. I'll do my best to answer them all.

    Good shooting

Actually, as described in a thread I posted a while back, using cut down (to the same length as .380 auto brass) 9mm Luger brass, with a 105 grain cast 380 auto bullet, gives a wonderful 165 grain equivalent to the Hornady XTP, when used with Brian's accessory Notching Die.

Using the 124/125 grain bullet in a full length 9mm case gives a 187 grain result, which is a bit heavy for my liking.

Otherwise, either weight result is virtually the same as a very expensive Hornady XTP.

My advice is have Brian also get you the manual cannelure tool! That way you will have the real deal. Side by side, most people can't tell them apart (except one is brass and the other is copper. Shape wise they are the same.

    45 ACP and 458

    BT Sniper

I would like a set up for 40 and 45 ACP and I thought I saw a thread about a 458, but I can't seem to find it. Anyway, I have sent a couple of PM's. Send a price and I'll send the payment.

    Brian,

Does this mean that you are ready to accept orders for:

    • .224 bullets made from .22 LR
    • .308 bullets made from 5.7 X 28 FN brass?
    • threaded rams for RCBS press

One presumes that the derimming die is included in the .224 set

Let me know. I'm extremely (EXTREMELY) tight on funds (moving to FL because my day job company is going out of business), but selling stuff to pay expenses, and I could sell a bit more brass to the scrappers and cover the cost of these dies, and the ram. I'd love to take advantage of the discount.

Most of us have been waiting for you to announce that you're ready.
