The factory ones do not come out all the way as you know. I had a gunsmith who's name escapes me at present take it out as it was jammed solid in place and make me a two piece one that had a female-male joint with a rubber O ring in between. That and using never seize compound on the outside of the sleeve worked wonderfully well.
