Troy - you think La. is bad - try here in the Republik of Kalifornia, there's a statute on the books making it a felony for anything more than 1 pound of black in possession.
Since 1 pound is the minimum quantity sold, anyone with a flintlock is obviously suspect...

Marvin : I was there last year and 3 weeks ago, 100 Miles from me. I get my powder for my 3 mortars from them,For the price for cannon powder its worth the shipping cost. I use 3FA and fuse powder. He has alot of diffrent powdrs on hand. look this up addictedtoblackpowder.com
