    Ok

I would like to participate for a two cavity mould as long as it will cast a true 0.515" or even slightly larger preferably out of 30:1 alloy. My 1868 Springfield just doesn't like anything smaller.

This is a hollow base so will be more forgiving than a solid base.

Looking forward to getting the mould. My Springfield doesn't like the Lyman version, too small diameter, even though it is a very good mould. The Lee version shoots very well but I have trouble getting a consistent bullet out of the single cavity mould. It is a bit flimsy. This should be exactly what I've been needing.

    Thanks,

I have a few samples of original bullets and this design with hollow base is very close.

Is the hollow base pin going to also have a flat base pin?

If you needed a mold for the 50-70 and didn't know exactly what a 515141 is you might never find this thread. It's easy enough to overlook when you know what you're looking for. Consider renaming the thread something like "50-70 450gr Govt bullet".
