OH Boy, the sound of metal turning and the sweet smell of cutting fluid. Yea I've been impatiently waiting. I feel like a kid trying to be good before Christmas. Can't wait!

Getting kind of antsy now. Should ship pretty quick now. Jim, will these molds be shipped to you first? Do you still add the goodies package and then ship the molds to us as you have done in the past?

    Bob,
You are correct. The molds are shipped to me in large flat rate boxes. The tools and sprue plate lube are packed separately. I go through every mold box to check for cavity count, GC or not, and add the tools to the mold boxes. I then have to figure out which mold goes to which order. After that, I repack each mold individually for remailing. Then comes the time consuming part. I have to generate a shipping label for each package and match them up and tape them on. I work for the PO, so I then take them to work with me the next morning. With as many orders as there are in this group buy, it will take me several evenings of work to get the order ready to reship.

    What Delay indeed!

sometimes things take time to get right!

I'd rather wait, than have to complain and send it back.

Take your time, and give us another one of your Best, Swede!

It shows just what the demand for a .357 heavy boolit is. I don't know of any major manufacturer that make one. These molds have to be made by the smaller shops. When I was first looking for one back in '09, I was told if I ran a group buy for one, people would come. That was my first group buy and 40 people ordered then. Now we have 71 more.

I think this board is a very good representation of casters across the nation. If this small group wants this many, a lot of casters across the nation would order one if they knew where to get one.

There are still casters that don't know of CastBoolits. I put the word out where I can and proudly display my bumper sticker on my car.

Beau Cassdy's post reminded me of how many GBs I'm in right now. I think I'll list them just to scare myself into thinking twice. With the swaging stuff too, I gues I'm spending my kids inheiritance.

The molds and the guns they fit are their inheritance. I hope they get as much enjoyment out of them as I have.

Those bullets look GREAT!!! This my first NOE mold. The ones that I have seen were all first class and I am sure this will be no different. Definitely worth waiting for. Quality always is.

Al, are you doing any over runs in Brass? I might be interested in a plain base mould if you have an extra available.

I have never participated in a group by of any kind, but a PLAIN BASE mold of that Boolit would DEFINITELY get my attention.
