    there has probably been more 45 auto ammo shot down range with bullseye then all the other powders combined. Ive used it in many thousand 40s too. 4.5 and a 180 work fine in my guns. I cant figure why it would be an excellent powder in the 45 and to fast for a smaller case. Now if i a guy is looking for full power loads theres proably better powders but for accurate range loads its hard to beat.

    Typicaly, in my somewhat limited experience, .001 over bore (groove) diameter is sufficient for handgun boolits.
