I plan to cast 458 x 400 grI use for muzzle loader . I run these through a 454 than a 452 reamer to get them to fit a sabot. My plan is to do the same thing and load in 454 casul brass with moderate loads any suggestions. I can also use 45 colt brass.

How much of a lube groove do you have left? Have you measured your chamber/throat yet? The throat on my Encore barrel is "generous" (probably to keep pressures low) and you may be able to load the boolit in regular 460 brass.

I used to shoot a 375gr boolit but went back to the 300gr LFN I use for the Casull and Colt.

the lee 300gr G/C is a nice boolite im working on loads for my encore 454 now
kids that hunt and fish dont mug old ladies
What are you sizing the 300 gr bullets to.
