    Meepos lubrisizer

I cleaned the old hard lube out of one for a friend who wants to sell it. It's a push through type like a Star. This one has a 38 caliber die and top punch. I did some looking on Meepos and they show up just before and after WW2. It looks like a pretty good machine. JerryW

I was lucky enough to get 2 of the Meepos Luber/sizers off of evilbay before prices went nutso. They're pretty simple and work quite well with a fairly soft lube.

One of the ones I have was modified to take Lyman/Ideal/RCBS sizer dies and it works like a charm. The other had an original sizer die and I was fortunate enough to get another one from a forum member. If a fellow has a lathe or a good drill press dies can be made from a 2" long 5/8" diameter bolt (preferably fine thread grade 5) and nut. top pinches can be fashioned using a fine thread 3/8" diameter bolt.

Although not as sophisticated as a Star, they're pretty nice as a push though sizer.

    JerryW,

Is it for sale?, Is the fellow open for trades? I have been looking for one to play with for a while now.

I have an old Meepos that I use. Almost as good as my Star!

I have not updated mine with the missing knobs yet. Agree that they are a work of art.

Man, I'd like one of those to go with my Meepos reloading press.

You can blame this last one on eBay to me.

The last one that I saw there before this one was several months ago and went for over $100.

Yeah, I was looking for one for a long time before I found mine. I was lucky enough to find a sizer and reloading press at the same time.
