Could be they aren't understanding exactly what kind of help you want. I'm not understanding it but that could just be me.

If you need a custom mould made, you might try contacting LBT or Mountain Molds, I know Accurate Molds can't make a .22 mould.

What??? Why??? There's no advantage or reason to firing a black powder .22. Although I confess I would really like to try some .22s that were loaded with lesmok semi smokeless.
Anyways, pull a bullet from a 22 short and go from there or like geargnasher says, contact a mold maker.
It doesn't require a steady hand to use a straight edge and a compass.
