    rcbs lube-a-matic??

what are the differences between a RCBS lube-a-matic, and the lub-a-matic II?
Silver and Gold are for rich men. Lead and Brass is MY silver and gold! And when push comes to shove, one of my silver and gold pieces will be more valuable than a big pile of actual silver and gold.

The first model has a ratchet handle on the lube reservoir, which many prefer. However, and that model has a base that tends to leak lube! The Lam II is a solid casting and doesn't. Another difference is that the Lam II has a threaded cap on the lube resevoir, while the older model only has a set screw to hold it in place. IMO the Lam II is an improvement over the original.
