PP bullet is just a lead bullet "without lube gooves" and gas check. CH4D dies can make them just make sure you specify the final bullet diameter correctly. For example ".301" diameter for paper patched bullet suitable for 30-06.

Actually a PP bullet does not have a gas check. I think CH4D would probably make you the die with you specifying the correct diameter. Bullet diameter plus thickness of paper including the number of wraps around the bullet equals groove diameter of your barrel. CH4D will charge you for a custom die. Depending if you want a smooth ojive or don't mind one with a small step to the bullet nose you may be able to make them in one die.

Before you order that CUSTOM MADE DIE, be sure how THICK your paper is!

For example, I ordered a Corbin .568 HB/HP and after I had applied a Paper Patch (two wraps) The bullet (including the paptch) came out .580!

This was O.K. though because I shot those paper patched bullets in a repro Colt Speical Model 1861 Rifle-Musket that had a .581 bore diameter.

IMPORTANT: I also discovered that I could resize my .580 paper patched bullets AFTER the paper patch dried for a few days thru a .575 sizer!

AMAZINGLY, 90% of the paper patches stayed in place when the bullet was resized! This allowed me to shoot those paper patched bullets in a rifle-musket with a .577 bore diameter! They shot great.
