I have a similar question ,will Lee handles ( 6 cav) fit an old H&G 4 cav mold. ? Maybe re-drill a screw / pin hole ? ( I think the H&G has .250 side slot )

I Respectfully disagree , the expansion rate is higher on aluminum than steel . Heating will make every dimension larger - hole diameter and length if its heated evenly / completely .

Try a quicker pour , or tin . Your not doing the speed casting with a wet rag to cool it / casting at higher temps ? I bet your cooling a bit with the pour temp at 770 -750 out of the ladle .
