I put together a lead wire extruder based inspired by Mr Kutil's design.
My effort is a 5.5" hydraulic ram with a 200mm/8" travel...

Did the accuracy improve?

I measure 4gms pc,not even a teaspoon, to 2kgs of bullets.

I tried out some more 45/45/10 and dusted some with hbn and moly.
Still leaded at the muzzle.Velocity was up to 1400fps.

I got leading with unsized bullets through my king cobra at 1375fps.Lubed 3 times with 45/45/10.
Does new lube dissolve old lube coats?

Would a metal tray floating on the surface of your molten lead in your pot serve to prevent oxidation?
Instead of a layer of cat litter after you fluxed.

Another day,another try.
These are cast 10mm about bhn11.
The coating was 2.5ml for 1100g/2.25lbs ,air dried over 2 days.
Oven temp was 190-200c PID and...

Well...............
Clean bore.I would say 'nice clean bore',but its a Norinco.
