strait eights are ok, in my opinion "marketmore 76" are better so I agree with TEDDY. 5 to 8 inches or so still have small seeds and taste great. 3 hills with 4 or 5 seeds each and regular water...

don't know what your load is but a really light load will back the primers out. same deal when firing primer only cases.

don't think I've ever cast from a new mold or a new alloy WITHOUT checking dia... cost of primer +powder + alloy + labor why not?

it's very possible you're bumping the dia. up by applying to much pressure while sizing the bullet, seating a gas check or some other reason. hard to do on a short hard bullet, easy to do a longer...

probably of no help but I put my Ballester-Molina barrels in my lathe and cut .002 out of the chambers. With no visible case bulge now they feed and shoot lyman 452460's sized to .452 fine. my guns...
