I am too, but group buys seem a little slow.
I've been shooting a .50 Encore Prohunter with 100 grains of Blackhorn 209, 275 gr 45-270 SAA at 1900 fps for years and have had great accuracy and success deer hunting with it out to 150 yards.

Mihec usually offers a 2 or 4 cavity cramer with several pins. All we need is for him to add the gas check option.

I'd take one if there was a gas check option

Any interest in a gas checked 45-270 SAA? I have the MP 45-270 SAA, it shoots great out of my Bisley Blackhawk and great with a sabot out of my muzzleloader. I'd like to push it a little more in a...

I really like the MP 45-270 SAA in my Bisley Blackhawk, I also use it with a sabot in my muzzleloaer with Blackhorn. I'd really like to find a 45-270SAA with a gas check, because I was thinking of...

I'd be interested in a gas checked by 45-270 SAA for use in a rifle.

I would suggest using a 45-270 SAA mold, I've been using it for years on deer out of my in-line and 100 grains of blackhorn. With the different HP pins you can run from 265 up to 295 grains.

Take a look at this thread, works very well for me.

New Quickload 3.8 user and I have a question about defining barrel length for revolvers. QL has it defined as breechface to muzzle, which in the case of a revolver would include the cylinder length,...
I appreciate the responses, I have all the manuals and that data as well, however I just can't find anything for a lead 170g lead 357 with Titegroup. I'm really looking for someone who has loaded...
I’m having a hard time finding a mid-range (850 -1000 FPS) load for an MP359-640 Solid weighing 170g with Titegroup in a 357 case. I’ve looked through several manuals and cannot find any Titegroup...

Any possiblity of opening the diameter up to .459-.460 as an option for a 45-70 application?
I've got a set on my Bisley Blackhawk and GP100, beautiful work.
Take a look at Alta Mont grips at Altamontco.com. I have their grips on several guns and they are beautifull and very reasonable.
