Make them fat. I use the lee 358-125 RF sized to .358 in my CZ 75b which slugs at .3565. I have used Titegroup, Unique and multiple alloys. I have not had any leading problems in my gun or others.

I would have used that, but I used the last bit to treat my leather couch.

Can this be done by adding a small amount of another oil to the mix?

I tried pan lubing some Lee DC 457-340-Fs with Carnauba Red with little success. Cutting them out was difficult and messy. I did manage to push some out, but they took much more than the lube...

I am using calipers to measure, not a micrometer. The bullets are coming out round. I am measuring them the morning after the evening they were cast.

I also like to to throw in some crushed charcoal. It creates a nice protective barrier over the alloy, similar to sawdust but thicker.
