If you don't intend to shoot it in match's, I'd replace the trigger and bolt parts and be done with it.
Military parts are not that pricey and you would feel a lot safer not knowing if is going to...

I bought a Tisas 1911a1 .45ACP with US property marks.
Really nice clone.

Cast is all I shoot in my guns. I was shooting the 200 gr RCBS #68 clone and they "plunk" fine.
I had the first Tisas 1911 a1 Army that came out in 2019 and it wouldn't plunk certain cast
bullets....

I have the newest 1911a1 army with the correct ejection port and us property markings.
I also have the Tank Commander in .45 and just bought the Aviator that I haven't shot
yet. They are very fine...

I shoot .358 dia. bullets in all my 9's with no problems.

I've been using the Lee 358-125-RF in my 9,s for a long time without a problem.
Get the 6 cavity. You can make a lot of bullets in short order.

I have a Remington XP 100 chambered in .30BR that I shot in handgun silhouette years ago
and it was very accurate and I won the Internationals in 1998 in unlimited class with a 80x80 shooting cast...

Are those NOE expander plugs drilled for powder thru like the Lee?

I tried them back in the 70's I think.... Didn't show me much.
Put them in a wooden chest and found them years latter and
found the mice had got to them..... the mice loved them.

I shot silhouette for 22 years and used the RCBS 35-200 gr bullet that was designed for the .35 Rem.
I was using a Freedom Arms .357 revolver with 357 brass. I don't remember if the FA's cylinder...

Isn't 5744 very hard to find?

None that I know of..... I think there a PITA when you lube them.
I've heard them referred to as boat tails, which is total nonsense.
