The link in post #5 clearly shows the 30 GNR as a full length 30-30 case and the 300 GNR as a shortened 30-30 case, it does look much like the 30 Streaker.

I was not involved with this mold but it sounds like the first run molds would be good for the .22 HP. Does anyone have diameter of bullets cast with first molds? I would be willing to pay original...

I like the idea, a friend made an insert from a section of .303 Brit barrel chambered in .32H&R for use in a 20 ga. O-rings were used to position it in the chamber and barrel.

Wallenba have you received that copper yet? The thickness you quoted, 1.4 mil is .0014 thick not .014, sounds too thin to work.

64093 - My "solid" arrived today and is a work of art as usual.

The indicated holes are for a receiver sight, you just have to find a sight made for mounting on the side. I use a Lyman 66 or Williams FP-39. They are sometimes hard to find since Marlin eliminated...
