My RCBS (Pact) is probably 20+ years old and has only had one issue a few years ago. Called RCBS, got a Pact number, called PACT and they gave me the reset codes.....

They are "right hefty" aren't they????? do you know if the previous owner ever did the "retrofit" to the ram head???? It came out about a year after I got mine and it solved all of the issues I had...
