Here's a thought and that would be "Soak your barrel" in some Hoppes or Shooter's Choice for a few days and then clean the rest of G23 and try again, good luck my friend.

Thanks for the reply there fellas, yesterday I pulled the small powder bar off and rubbed some "Flitz" on it and then reassembled it, I figured it couldn't hurt only help.
I've used RD before in my 45 ACP loads but found "Clays" a little bit more accurate but if it's for punching holes in paper and you like it then load them up and shoot away.
