Use some brake clean or carb cleaner - nylon bristle brush at most. If it casts well now - LEAVE IT ALONE!! - you might screw something up trying to clean it!! [smilie=l:

Yep, slug every bore - odds are it will all work out where you can use one size, but spread of 3 thou, and you will have to decide if you want to cast for that odd bore separately or shoot jackets...
