Ingenious idea. I never noticed the difference in case length before. You should probably patent this.

USAA for 50 years, absolutely no complaints. Excellent service.

I have only shot cast rifle bullts in a 30/30, but Hunter Supply makes good ones.

I was just given one by my (now favorite) niece. A .357 carbine.Beautiful rifle, with a good trigger. The only negative I have is that the loading gate is sprung like a bear trap, and the edges of...
Gotta agree with Bigslug on this one. 10MM is at least somewhat available, while the others are not.I can’t quote ballistics on any of them, and you don’t say what you plan to hunt, but to me handgun...

When that happens to me, usually the image is too big. Try resizing the pic, and that should solve your problem.
I’d take whatever I wanted to, and just keep my mouth shut. Thar’s just me, though.

Look fora used Thompson Center Hawken. They can be had for $4-500.00, and IMO are some of the best charcoal burners around. A good one will last your lifetime, and then some. Good luck!

Thanks for posting. Looks like a winner. I wonder if you could use a fired case for that technique?
I like the Remora holsters.cheap, sturdy, and they stay put.
Clays is almost like Unique. Should be great in the old thumbbuster. Lots of loads in various manuals.
Just be careful which clays you have. I’m not sure how the manufacturer could have made it...

Best bet would be to call Dillon. They are very helpful folks.

My. choice would be 45/70, because it’s a great cartridge in its own right, and ammo and reloading supplies are (more or less) readily available.

People think I’m lying to them, but when I was a kid (early 50s,) I remember two mail deliveries a day. Sad what’s happened to the post office.

Mine, too. I don’t worry a lot about it, though.

Good shootin! Mine is a micro groove, and likes .310 cast with 5.5Red Dot.
