My first texas hog, taken with my 77/357 at about 30 yards. Scope is a fixed 4X leupold.

Well,
i think what I will do is get a 42" rice barrel and cut it in half,
and I'll build 2 guns out of it.
i will probably get one of those small Allen actions.
i wish they made them in round...

so, a 20'' barrel .32 cal wouldn't be too unreasonable?

I do plan on putting optics on the gun.

a good friend of mine has a Knight inline 50 that is the one piece barrel and action, and we are going to retrofit it and barrel it with the .32 barrel.

any of you know where I can find a .32 cal round ball twist barrel?

so, today I took my rifle into work and I measured the diameter of the leade into the bore with my good calipers, and not the cheap plastic ones I keep on the dash of my truck.

based on what I am seeing here, I will defiantly opt for the over shot card.

110 grain Jword hollow point on top of 19 grains of blue dot is pretty impressive.
gets 2,500fps out of my 20' rossi, and like 1800 out of my 6'' colt.
