No its just normal old 9mm brass.

It's definitely only contacting at one point. These are 147gr bullets from an NOE mold so I'm assuming they're not ideal for that seating stem.

I size all of my powder coated bullets before and after they're powder coated. So any high spots would be sized down to size and any low spots wouldn't get touched.
