I have the same lee set an mold, an have had no problems as of yet. Contact lee take pics of the bullet in the mic. They should send you a new one.

I've used a chop saw but cutting torch works the best. Lol use the small tip.

I know the owner it was fresh two days prior drop off. I tumbled an got 160 3006 which eleven were no good an 170 45acp 3 were bent up pretty good some were still loaded so for sure no popper.
Some guys told me they seen buckets of shells at the scrap yard. Went by an they let me go through it an got 9 pounds for three dollars. WOW where are some of your favorite hidden treasures at.
Mine is very fun with the twenty round drum followed by the twelve an then a ten round clip.lol starting to load 12 gauge an looking forward to slinging some slugs!
I do the same keep oil on them while in box but sometimes it's awhile before use so the oil depletes an I hit them with oil an lightly brush with brass brush an hit them with sloriellys brake cleaner.
Never seen a nose pour mold how does that effect the nose with the sprue.
