Thanks, I've been contemplating adding one to my pile o' stuff. Still look from time to time for another 1050 or 1100 but its hard for me to justify the cost. I'm retired so the change over time on...

Where did you find it?
Love to hear how it works for you.

I've loaded at least 2k with mine. Maybe a couple of upside down cases, easy fix in mid stream.
Good deal at IIRC $110

I purchased one from this guy, its been flawless. Took all of about 10 min to install.

I like the island! I've pondered that idea several times but I have no post to firm it up with.
May just weld up a table or frame with wood top and bolt it to the cement.

Don't know anything about the cleaner but I'm addicted to the case lube.
It greatly lessens the effort to operate a progressive. Important for my bad joints.

I ordered it in the early 90's, not sure what machine it was supposed to fit, 550 I think. Used it on a Projector loading for my Highpower rifle match habit.

Not exactly a turret but close.

Most of my pistol loading is done in mixed brass especially 9mm on progressive presses.
Instead of inspecting and drilling out the small ones I just turned down the decap pins. Don't take much.

Sometimes a little heat might help. Maybe a heat gun instead of flame?

Neat room! I like the Metalic II, made a short handle with 8 ball.

Yes.
I use progressive presses and lots of times run 2k at a time.
A shot of Hornady lube in a closed plastic coffee can then give them a shake.
Load another primer tube or 2 while it dries a bit....

I like mine, its an older version, I think the main difference is priming between the old vs new. Use it mostly for smaller runs of .223 for hunting. I'd be tempted to buy another with all the...

Listen to Moleman.
Search for older threads, there are many modifications that may help.
I think QC on the older presses was better than the newer LnL.
I'd keep it if you have all the primer...

Thanks, I have one that's almost black.

When competing in Highpower rifle I used two Hornady Projectors. Prepped on one and loaded on the other.
Used a Dillon power trimmer with modified die followed with M die. Universal decap first. ...

I like it. Looks almost like home......
It appears you like to bust a cap or thousands!
Happy new year!

Lazy susan for that corner?
Thanks for taking time to post the pics!

Love my 1050. Much easier on my bad joints.
Looks like the roller setup on the 1100 would be even better.

Soft swaged bullets can be undersized if the sizing die is too small for the the brass you are using.
Some Bulleye competitors crimp .45acp as much as .463, they do this in increments...

No worries! I'm a water under the bridge kind of guy.
I have a (almost) dedicated 20x20 building for reloading, gun projects and tool storage.
OS OK, I'm on #3 now! First one up and died on...

OP, thanks for taking the time to post your new room build.
It reminds me so much of one I did in the early 90's.
I'd still have it if not for evil wife #2.
Wish I'd thought about an island...

OP, you may want to consider a docking system either store bought or home made. That will allow some flexibility to move things around and also with blank inserts you can have a clear bench top if...

I've had the same thoughts, I don't cast but have a lot of stuff. I've tried to get my nephews interested but no luck so far. They will probably just ebay my stuff when I'm gone.
